Biome Projects
Below are the requirements for the biome projects. Due: February 4, 2011
A. Written report (2 - 4 pages, double spaced, 14 font) will include the following information
· Climate (temperature, precipitation, etc.)
· Abiotic and Biotic Factors
· Physical landscape (description, elevation, latitude, longitude, countries, etc.)
· Examples of vegetation that characterize the biome
· Examples of animal life
· Description of a common food chain found in the biome
· Explain human impacts/environmental issues of the biome
B. Power Point presentation:
· 5-7 slide minimum
· Include information from your report
· Include visuals, pictures, charts, maps, etc.
